Policy

(Booking Confirmation) To officially secure your spot on the design calendar, please complete the booking form in full. Once your request is received, you will get a confirmation email within 24–48 hours with next steps, pricing confirmation, and a timeline based on the services selected. Please note: No deposit is required. Full payment will be due before final files are delivered. You are encouraged to book the date you would like your final design completed by, so I can manage my schedule and meet your deadline. If you do not respond to follow-up communication within 48 hours, your booking will be canceled and your spot will be forfeited. (Response & Communication) Once you submit your booking form, please allow 24–48 hours for a response. I’ll follow up with next steps, payment instructions, and any additional questions I may have. If there is no response from you within 48 hours after I reach out, your request will be canceled, and your spot will be forfeited. (Turnaround Time) Turnaround varies depending on the service(s) selected and project complexity. You will receive an estimated timeline when we begin your project. Rush options are available for an added fee. (Revisions) Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee based on time and complexity. (Final Deliverables) Once full payment is received, all finalized files will be delivered in your requested formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, etc.). Files will be sent via email or Google Drive. (Refunds & Cancellations) If you cancel before work begins, no payment is required and any payment made will be fully refunded. If you cancel after work has started, no refunds will be issued. If there's no response within 48 hours of follow-up, your booking will be canceled, and your spot will be released. If no work has begun, you'll receive a full refund. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, protect time and creativity, and keep scheduling on track for all clients. (Respect & Boundaries) Please allow time and space for creativity. I do not respond or work on Sundays. Communication is handled during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM | Monday-Friday). Respectful, clear communication is expected throughout the process on both ends. By booking a service with cr8tions, you are agreeing to all terms listed in this policy.
